Manager - Business Development - Safety/Industrial Automation Industry

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve Process and Personnel Safety and will focus on the Corporate Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) stakeholders to identify and/or create initiatives which can turn into programs.

Main responsibilities include the following Business Development activities:

- Grow pipeline of safety related opportunities

- Prioritize, with the Vertical Market and other Business Leaders (particularly Fire and Gas Leader), new solution offerings and value propositions

- Actively participate in new product development programs, reviewing and supporting NPI process as it relates to safety solutions.

- Investigate solution offerings with significant scale and synergy to vertical markets to drive growth and leverage current portfolio of products and service capabilities

- 10 years experience in industrial automation industry selling to major process industries including Oil and Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals, Power, Chemicals, MMM, Pulp and Paper
