Business Development Managers (Service)- Logistics Startup Responsibilities: - Work towards building new strategic partnerships for last mile deliveries with key D2C brands and business sellers across the country and establish the company as their primary end-to-end partner. - Work closely with the Lead generation team (initially self-generate the leads) & get the hot leads on boarded through a team of business development managers. - Strategize account level inputs considering company's ecosystem & Seller's capabilities. - Design & Implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales & targets as per the approved plan. - Proactive approach towards translating strategy into specific business initiatives and meet the customer acquisition target as agreed with Business Heads. - Supervise daily sales performance and help oversee projects of high importance. - Designed and developed framework for pricing clients. - Help coordinate business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success. - Work Closely within the cross-functional teams including OPS, Finance, Tech/Product & Customer Success. Requirements: - Excellent research, planning and organization skills. - Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone and in person while maintaining established sales quotas. - Prior experience in a SaaS sales capacity is a must have, ideally in the creative industries sector. - Technology savvy and proficient in the use of a range of communication, presentation and other business tools. - Proven track record of success in B2B, B2C sales. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively. - Strong work ethic. - Passion for selling and enthusiastic self-starter with a "can do" attitude.
