My Client is expanding its SaaS solutions business, and they on the hunt for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join thier journey of transforming logistics and business operations across India and beyond.

JOB DETAILS:

1. Position : Business Development Manager-SaaS Segment

2. Function : SaaS Business Development & Sales Leadership

3. Years of Experience : 6 to 12 Years

4. Industry Expertise : Logitech/ Retail/Supply Chain Tech /FMCG in emerging markets, will be a huge bonus.

5. Location : Mumbai & Delhi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead, Mentor, and Scale the Business Development & Sales team for SaaS division.

2. Drive end-to-end sales strategy from outbound lead generation to deal closure, focusing on AI-enabled ERP, TMS, and shipment automation solutions.

3. Develop and execute go-to-market plans aligned with product capabilities and market opportunities.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, supply chain heads, and IT decision-makers.

5. Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine product positioning and pitch.

6. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to deliver client success.

7. Identify new verticals or industries where company AI/ML accelerators can create impact.

Good to Have:

1. Experience in enterprise SaaS/AI/ML platforms for logistics or e-commerce sectors.

2. Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, and SaaS KPIs (ARR, CAC, LTV, etc.).

What Ideal Candidates should Bring to the Table

Must Have:

1. 6-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, preferably in logistics tech, ERP, or supply chain platforms.

2. Proven experience in building outbound sales engines and managing high-performing teams.

3. Strong understanding of AI-powered ERP platforms, Transport Management Systems (TMS), shipment processing tools, and related SaaS offerings.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.

5. A data-driven mindset with a passion for tech innovation and scalable solutions.
