Business Development Manager (Rolling Stock - Railways) :


- Responsible For Strategic Planning, Goal Setting, Process Control, Resource And Data Management, Effective Communication And Customer Centric Approach


Duties & Responsibilities:


- Define, Develop And Implement Stratergic, Marketing And Sales Plans In The Line With The Company's Vision, Mission And Stratergy.


- Ability To Execute The Projects In A Timely Manner & Negotiate The Achievable And Justified Time Lines With Customers And Adhere To It By Delegating The Teams Accordingly.


- Budgeting Is An Important Part And Should Be Able To Set And Manage The Overall Business Execution Cost Well Within The Limits As Per The Agreed Plan.


- Coordinate The Organization, Staffing, Trainings And Operational Activities For The Team.


- Collabrate With The Multifuctional Teams From Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, Quality And Dispatch Regarding All Aspects Of The Product Delivery.


- Facilitate The Product Inspections By Internal & External Agencies As Per Standards.


- Actively Initiate And Participate In Activities To Identify The New Business Ideas And Potential Oppurtunities To Expand The Existing Product Portfolio.


- Prepare And Publishes Daily, Weekly And Monthly Reports In The Specified Formats.


- Ability To Identify, Track And Record Field Failures At The Customer's End & Resolve Them.


- Initiate, Propose Or Provide Solutions For The Identified Issues And Report Them


- Self Motivated Individual Who Demonstrates The Exemplary Leadership.


- Able To Analyze & Manage The Business Risks Meticulously, Proactively And Intuitively. Propose The Measures To Avoid Risks If Possible Or At Least Minimize Their Impact.


Qualification And Experience:


1. BE & MBA With Minimum 5+ Years Of Relevant Experience In Railways Sales Business Vertical With The Proven Track Record Of Consistently Delivering Sales Targets To The Agreed Metrics.


2. Must Be An Experienced Professional In The Railways Components.


3. Experience In Management Role, Where Successfully Managed The Sales & Marketing, Product Portfolios And Techno-commercial Matters For Railways, Metros Etc.


4. High Level Proficiency With Ms Office Applications.


5. Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Must.
