The India IL Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with System Integrators, End Users &amp; Label Converters and the broader RFID ecosystem across India. Active opportunity pipeline management through to commercialization including sales and business development pipeline generation and conversion. The Business Development Manager will interact (will support and be supported) with other Intelligent Label cross functional teams as well as with RFID BU channel and marketing teams. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will engage in market development pilots in selected segments supporting Market and Strategy Development work-streams across the region as well as conducting RFID training programs at our India iLab facility. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE : - Actively identify and capture new RFID growth opportunities across India (grow, maintain and communicate a high velocity project pipeline) - Develop System Integrator partnerships across India to capture new opportunities through to commercialization inline with AOP targets - Establish AD brand awareness&amp; share gain through development of strong relationships/partnerships across the broader RFID ecosystem across India (inc. SIs, Govt Organisations, Converters, Partners &amp; End Users) - Effective AD Segment BDM collaboration to develop new growth opps at identified End User segments (incl Healthcare, Logistics, Transportation and Local Apparel) - Drive RFID demand through effective AD promotion at selected industry Trade Events and iLab educational program initiatives - Conduct regular internal and external RFID training sessions to increase knowledge base and technical understanding across the AD business and broader industry (leveraging the new iLab facility) WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU : - Bachelor's degree required &amp; Master's preferred - Based in Delhi - At least 5 years RFID industry experience - Preferred RFID System Integrator or Solution provider background - Candidate needs strong RFID industry experience currently working within this ecosystem to ensure we can accelerate growth opportunities across the India region. (ie. RFID System Integrators / OEM's / Retailers / Government Organisations etc) - Good understanding UHF, HF and NFC RFID - Strong multi-tasking and project management skills - Communicates in a clear, objective, and succinct manner with scalability to move to next level in coming years - Teamwork, leadership, and facilitation skills required to enable cross-functional effectiveness.
