Manager- Business Development - (Research & Consulting)
Seeking a young dynamic Business Development professional for a research and consulting organization that provides outsourced research solutions to some of the world's largest manufacturing, financial services, consulting, and technology companies.
Role & Responsibilities :
a. Drive Pre-sales to generate leads, contact discovery, Account profiling, contact verification,Email appends, CRM appends & cleansing, Data maintenance programs.
b. High On Negotiation and Convincing Skills, Exposure to International Sales. Interaction With Foreign Prospects. Ability To Sell services.
c. Work on CRM for efficient and accurate customer information management.
d. Able to drive sales strategies, create client relationships & strong pipeline of high value projects to achieve revenue targets.
e. Write successful proposals, drive topline growth of the business by garnering new client accounts and up-selling, cross-selling to existing accounts.
f. Has objectively added value and grown business of custom research, managed services etc.
g. Aggressive in account management, growing the existing relationship, and constantly reviewing the customer account and businesses (know your customer).
h. Helping to fine-tune the sales strategy by understanding client requirements and helping to translate that into products and services in conjunction with the research team.
i. Strong outreach and PR plans for marketing & branding, to segment/define new markets that will lead to further topline growth.
j. Driving the sales strategy through scalable staffing and training plans.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 8-10 years of experience with at least 2 yrs with a KPO
- 5 day week, Hybrid working
- Maximum Budget 15 lpa
