Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Ensure timely project completion, stabilization, and handover as per customer specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, accounts, and purchase departments for smooth a timely project execution.
- Follow up on payments with clients until the complete amount as per PO is received.
Training and Guidance :
- Provide training and guidance to existing and new process chemists and client staff.
- Prepare operation and maintenance manuals and ensure strict adherence to these manuals.
Business Development :
- Generate new business leads, prepare proposals, conduct technical discussions with clients, and clarify their doubts and queries.
- Follow up until order closure.
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups if required to explore future business opportunities.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Environment, or related fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in water & wastewater treatment, industrial biogas plants, and ETP systems.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies (Biogas, CBG/CNG), market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and\ negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Traveling up to 80% of the time.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
