Description - The position will be contributing towards Sales, Marketing & Business development of the client's recyclables services to the Indian market.

We are unique in offering material technology for all vehicle platform types and in offering an efficient and environmentally sound closed loop solution.

Job Description :

Strategic focus:

- Securing supply of recyclable materials

- Market study & Mapping of key players in E-waste, SAC and Battery recycling


- Market scoping and analysis of relevant industry segment (E-scrap, SAC Battery recycling) to expand current customer base.


- Hold regular Interaction with key stake holders in the recyclables chain (OEMs, Recyclers , PROs, Scrap dealers, Authorities) with visits and develop close contact.


- Maintain track on flow of recyclables, in a format as per BU guideline


- Follow regular updates on regulations (new EPR guidelines)


- Co-ordinate with customers/prospects for contract, shipment and general follow-up for smooth transaction


Main responsibilities:

- Develop a good understanding of the client's refining solutions for various precious metal bearing scrap. (E-scrap, Spent Auto Catalyst)

- Generate leads, prospecting and negotiations for securing volumes as per business plan


- Client servicing, contracting, freezing on commercials to close deals


- Market intelligence (Bottom up & top down quantitative & qualitative market assessment. - mapping relevant volume flows & keeping track of relevant market developments


- Commercial reporting and data management (visit reports, MIS, expected vol. in a timely & consequent manner)


- To network and build relationship with key stakeholders in recyclables segment (WEEE and SAC)


- Market support towards sales & marketing activities and development of refining services.


- Take up project work related to local set-up, execution and support the teams


- Liaise with local authority (Pollution board, Customs, MOEF for export license) for smooth collection and

export of scraps.

- Keeping track of government regulations and proactively pre-empt market shifts

Profile :

Educational requirement:

- Engineer or BSc or Commercial Graduation

- MBA with Marketing/Commercial finance (added advantage)


Experience::

- 6-8 years of experience in field sales/business development/Institutional (sales of Electronic /Automotive/Telecom/Recycling Govt. related experience will be added advantage)

Personal Skills:

- Proactive and self-motivated

- Focus on quality, business development mindset


- Team player


- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)


- Hands-on & flexible/entrepreneurial


- Flexibility & problem solving
