Manager - Business Development - Recruitment & Staffing Firm
Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and assess potential client opportunities within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Utilize various lead generation strategies, including networking, industry events, and cold calling, to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to tailor your approach and identify new growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand clients' specific staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Communicate effectively, negotiate contracts, and manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your efforts and optimize your approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams across recruitment, marketing, and account management to ensure seamless client service and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, including market trends, client needs, and compliance regulations
