The Role: - We are looking for and Ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager for Hyderabad location, who will help us expand our Clients in the Market. You will be the cornerstone of our organisation and help to add clientele and flourish the business. - The goal is to identify business leads, pitch our product to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts and also be the source to communicate new service updates to prospective clients. Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager, you will have to: 1. Research and identify new business opportunities- including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnership and services- or new ways of reaching existing markets. 2. Seek out the appropriate contact in the organisation. 3. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. 4. Foster and develop relationships with clients/customers. 5. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a proper plan. 6. Draw up client contracts- depending on the size of the company. 7. Have a good understanding of the organisation's products and services and be able to communicate the same with others. 8. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world. 9. Seek ways of improving how the business operates. 10. Work strategically- carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes. 11. Evolves and resolves interior priorities. Experience: 1. Proven working experience (8-12 years) as a Business Development Manager or a relevant role preferably in Recruitment Industry or Service Industry. 2.
