Business Development Manager (Recruitment)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a effective sales strategy to achieve assigned targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients within our target industries.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client companies.
- Understand client needs and challenges to develop customized recruitment solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor landscape, and recruitment best practices.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [4-8] years of experience in business development, ideally within the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
