About the Role
The Manager - Business Development will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and onboarding new clients. This role requires a strong sales mindset, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales within the recruitment industry, with expertise in consultative selling and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition & Business Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries, with a focus on Financial Services, Consulting and GCCs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate lead, and close new business deals.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, market research, and cold outreach.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to client onboarding.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
- Conduct consultative discussions with decision-makers, understanding their hiring needs.
- Present tailored recruitment solutions, including PERM hiring, RPO, and leadership hiring.
- Drive negotiations, proposal presentations, and contract closures with clients.
Key Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the recruitment industry. Prior experience selling RPO is a plus
- Proven track record of winning new business, managing B2B sales cycles, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment solutions, industry hiring trends, and talent acquisition challenges.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Prior experience selling RPO, executive search, or recruitment solutions is a plus.
