Growth has led us to open a subsidiary in India, and we are now looking to build out our Indian team.

What's the Opportunity :

As one of the first members of this team, you will work closely with the Founder in shaping strategy, driving business development, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and growing & managing the P&L. You are an expert at understanding a client's real needs, and at providing quality, cost effective solutions across the Talent Acquisition and Sourcing spectrum. Strong relationship management, be it with the client or candidate, is second nature to you, as is integrity and a drive for excellence.

What You will do :

- Develop a client base by acquiring New Accounts, increasing Share of Sourcing Spend and ensuring consistent flow of Revenue, from these Accounts, through consultative, strategic conversations and proactive networking and prospecting.

- Partner with the research team in the design and execution of creative, talent sourcing solutions for these new clients and help deliver service levels, that match or exceed SLA's and KPIs, and delight clients.

- Define, communicate, and manage key metrics like cost per hire, time to hire, quality of hire, and cost of vacancy to all key stakeholders.

- Interact with HR Heads and help them plan and manage their talent pipelining and sourcing needs, through quarterly and annual reviews.

- Advise clients on market trends and gaps in talent availability, best practices, and improvement opportunities.

- Stay aware of new creative sourcing techniques, and work closely with the sourcing team, to ensure best approach for the client.

- Maintain knowledge and awareness of competitor service platforms/offerings and communicate details to Executives and Stakeholders

- Maintain a network of those ideal passive candidates and help them map their careers.

- Manage your P&L, and exceed quarterly revenue targets, in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide timely updates and reports to Clients, Stakeholders and Executives.

What You will need :

- At least 8 years of proven success, in B2B sales, as a Sales or Business Development Manager, ideally in the Indian Staffing and Recruiting Industry or the Talent Sourcing space, with strong results orientation.

- Self-starter, hunter mindset, with willingness to work independently and remotely (temporarily due to Covid-19), with minimal supervision, knowing that integrity is fundamental to the company culture.

- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting standards, SLAs, etc, as these relate to the talent sourcing and recruitment business.

- Exceptional stakeholder management experience, preferably also with those working globally.

- High volume recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably in the IT, Banking and Financial Services, Consulting or Medical industries

- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to "juggle" priorities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment., where change is the only constant, and flexibility is the key to success

- Proficiency, in the use of at least two Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS), ideally Greenhouse or Taleo or WorkDay or Zoho.

- Critical Thinking and Data Analytical Ability to derive insights and develop sound recommendations and solutions.

- Strong communication skills that facilitate clear, concise and persuasive communications, with clients, internal teams, stakeholders and in large group settings.

- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

- Energy, confidence, discretion, maturity, passion, tact, entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal sensitivity
