He/She will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Preferably from a Recruitment/ Search Firm.
- Diverse experience across sectors Manufacturing, Engineering, E-Commerce, Retail, Consumer Retail Services(C&S), Pharma Health Life science (PHL), Construction Production Engineering (CPE),etc.
- Solution Selling.
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)/ Ad based Recruitment selling experience.
- Good Communication skills.
- Effective Negotiation skills.
- An eye for detail & ability to Solve Problems.
- Effective Decision Making.
