Position: Business Development Manager / Account Manager for India Staffing.
Location: HITECH City, Hyderabad, Telangana/ Jasola New Delhi.
Duration: Long Term.
Candidates must be from Hyderabad, Telangana, India OR New Delhi.
Description:
As a BDM, you will be based in Hyderabad OR Delhi and will focus on India Staffing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for the IT staffing business in India.
- Interacting with clients daily to identify staffing opportunities.
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placing.
- Leading a small team of recruiters, providing motivation and mentorship.
- Achieving revenue targets.
- Managing client relationships.
- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and providing ongoing support.
- Identifying opportunities for IT Services projects and partnering with clients.
- Leveraging your existing relationships and network to expand business.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the India market.
- Prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multitask, and self-motivate.
- Ability to work independently, pursuing placements and revenue targets.
- Expertise in technical recruitment.
- Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a can-do attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and related products.
