Location: Work from Home

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.

- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate leads and secure new clients in various industries.

- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through networking, meetings, and consistent follow-up.

- Create and present recruitment service proposals, including pricing, timelines, and terms, tailored to meet client needs.

- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to deliver tailored recruitment solutions for new business clients.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting or staffing firm.

- Experience in business development, client management, or sales is highly desirable.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects and business leads simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
