Job Description :

Summary : Business Development Manager would be responsible for positioning the Silverpeople brand in market and bring in top clients from across five focus industries.

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location : Bangalore

Requirements

- Experience in concept selling/solution selling. (Business Development in recruitment industry/job portals would be a plus but not mandatory).

- Proven track record of developing new businesses.

- Entrepreneurial zeal to get things done

- Strong in client connection and client services.

- Strong responsibility, self-motivated, trustable and ethical candidate who can own the BD Process

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed

Responsibilities :

- Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients

- Work with Industry Leads/Senior management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan

- Identify and target specific new profitable business opportunities

- Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities

- Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunities

- To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client
