- We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, specifically in Permanent and Executive Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building client relationships and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and leveraging existing contacts.

- Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, securing new contracts and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to define role requirements and set clear expectations, ensuring optimal candidate matches.

- Lead Generation: Generate and manage leads, focusing on securing exclusive and retainer-based search contracts.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal research teams to align candidate profiles with client needs, delivering high-quality shortlists.

- Client Presentation: Present shortlisted candidates professionally, maintaining a high standard of service and communication throughout the process.

Requirements:

- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of business development experience within a recruitment agency or firm. Its good to have if you have a prior experience of Startups client acquisition.

- Self-Motivated: A driven and proactive individual with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

- Sales-Oriented: Results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the confidence to present ideas and candidates professionally.

- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.

- Professional Presence: Presentable and customer-focused, with the ability to conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients.
