Key Accountabilities:-
- Responsible to create a go-to-market strategy and action the same; by building the required pipeline of opportunities in real estate sectors/geographies for business line (Industrial & Assets Services).
- Identify prospective clients.
- Initiate and meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and concerns.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers, for cross vertical business.
- Propose a solution that not only address their requirements and concerns but also adds value and differentiates Knight Frank"s offerings from its competitors.
- Generate business, thereby achieve business targets.
- Interacting with the CXO, CEO of different organisation to generate Business
- Understanding of competitive bidding, auction process
- Understanding the client's requirements and suggesting the right property for the same.
Salary range - 5-10 LPA
