Business Development Manager (Railways)
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE with 5+ years relevant experience and worked in a sales led business development role in the Railways.
2. Have a background selling and/or delivering innovative services to the railway industry
3. Enjoy the challenge of working with new technology and helping clients to understand the benefit it delivers
4. To make a positive impact on how rail projects are delivered in India
