We are a leading Search firm catering to different sectors. We're looking for suitable candidates who'd fit the following role.

Role : Manager Business Development - Quality Assurance in Tightening

Location : Pune

Job Purpose

To increase the sales of the client's products for Quality Assurance in Tightening (QAT) in India through direct and indirect sales. As part of this role, develop market for it's products in India through both direct sales and co-operation with the existing MVI and GI sales teams. This position will report to Business Line Manager MVI.

Key Responsibilities

To further develop the profitable sales of the client's QAT products nationally.

To ensure the appropriate level of coverage is given to both buying and potential customers within the customer platform in order to develop profitable growth

Intensive training will be provided abroad to learn how to calculate and offer the solutions.

To utilize all elements of the sales process to effectively analyze, implement and control the opportunities

To actively manage and develop the growth of key products within the sales territory

To target the appropriate customer groups to ensure the rapid and accelerated introduction of new products

To ensure new facilities are targeted at the earliest possible stage in the process

To forecast the sales development on a weekly basis

To undertake proposals, including the calculation of sales prices

To actively demonstrate and test products as part of the day to day sales process

To develop strategies to reach the key objectives of the role.

To build rapport with key stakeholders at customers.

To map the market thoroughly & identify decision makers.

To promote new and existing client products.

To report the market development on a monthly basis.

To work closely with the marketing team in propelling QAT based activities and focus on the known success applications.

To maintain excellent contact with support offices abroad

To manage and upkeep the customer& opportunities data on the portal

To support Distribution development in the field based area

Educational requirements

Essential:

Engineering graduate

8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance Systems of an Assembly industry will be preferred

Experience of industrial sales and marketing will be an advantage

Business and result orientated attitude with strong communication skills

Strategic leader with an open-minded personality and customer oriented attitude

Strong team player

Fluency and good communication skills in English

Desirable:

Post graduation in Marketing

Technical knowledge and hands on experience related to SPC, Calibration of tools, BLM bench, torque wrenches etc.

Knowledge

Self motivated

Good standard of presentation skills

Excellent Communication Skills

Able to plan and organize own workload

Additional information

Position will need extensive travelling through out India.

Permanent driving licence for cars

Valid passport
