Position Title : Manager - Business Development / Publisher Management
Function : Business Development / Publisher Management
Reporting to (Position) : CEO / COO
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, on-board and manage existing publisher network on a daily basis
- Expand inventory pool from existing publishers
- Respond to RFPs that require information about specific publishers and ad units
- Monitor demand/supply ratio
- Analyse inventory yield and negotiate rates with existing and new publishers accordingly
- Work closely with Operations, Analysis and Finance teams
- Provide support to publishers and develop good relationships to improve experience and retention
- Prepare and review billing for publisher accounts being handled
Measures of Performance:
- New publishers (30%)
- Relationship management (20%)
- Total inventory (20%)
- Inventory Margins (20%)
- Partnerships deals with large publishers (10%)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with publishers highly preferred
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in Ad Networks / Trading Desks / Agencies
- Candidates with previous experience in dealing with Publishers will be preferred
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
