Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Tardeo, Mumbai (should be open to travel)

- Objectives: To lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Protective Coatings sector to use prior sales experience in the hospitality industry, a strong network, and a proven track record in driving business growth.

- To be open to travel to develop strategies to expand the company's customer base building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new markets to enter to drive growth and ensure the long-term sustainability of the business.

Responsibilities:

- To develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets in the.


Protective Coatings market.

- To identify potential business opportunities and new market segments within the hospitality sector.

- To leverage existing network and hospitality industry experience to acquire new clients.

- To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

- To develop and implement marketing plans to promote protective coatings products to target audiences.

- Open to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

- To monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus.

- Familiarity with protective coatings or similar products is preferred.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
