- We are looking for a competitive pharmaceutical Business Development Manager for Contract Manufacturing who has established relations among companies who seeks to contract manufacture their products at third parties with a proven track record
Responsibilities :
- Handling existing customers
- Having a care for customer attitude to help existing customers & ensure timely delivery of their products.
- Bring more products from existing customers for contract manufacturing.
- Offer them newer products from our basket & build a bigger portfolio. For that one should have a good understanding of therapy segments & a very good product knowledge is pre-requisite
- Should be able to tour regularly & visit all customers on regular intervals.
- Meeting monthly sales targets & achieving assigned sales targets.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a business development professional.
- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in business development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
