Industry - Printing & Packaging / Machinery Manufacturing / Industrial Automation / Equipment Manufacturing / Instrument Manufacturing, etc.

Roles & Resposibility:

- The role is well suited for individuals that are keen to advance their career in industrial sales and gain hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, integrity, customer centricity and performance.

- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales in pharma industries and forging strong relationships with clients.

- The job requires establishing contacts with all Pharma accounts in the region, build strong relationship to promote company Product lines and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.

- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.

- Collaborate with sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Understand business, rolling projects, product lines, needs of our customers and targeted market. Prepare pharma sector account sales forecasts for the region, for all products. Actively monitor market trends, Competition activity and evolve promotional strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Ensure clear and clean transactions with transparent information on Pharma account end customers. Strong ability and focus on Payment Collection/debt management.

- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors.

- The candidate needs to compliment the business of regions and branches with developmental results from Pharma accounts.
