- Lead the sales team to achieve organization objective.
- Work with key members of lab team to plan, develop and implement sales strategy.
- Build, maintain and extend relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure high level of customer service for all accounts.
- Develop proposals and quotations, review RFPs and RFQs.
- Respond to client needs.
- Achieve sales target and ensure maintenance of required levels of profit.
- Prepare and provide client presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends and government regulations and their ramifications and devise measures to counter them.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and participate in industry tradeshows and conferences.
- Build relationship and network with interested parties.
- Analyse and monitor monthly/quarterly/annual sales figures and take/initiate appropriate action or course correction -accordingly.

- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical and business information, both oral and written to others, including co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, clients and vendors.

Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in sales & marketing of testing services in petroleum & petrochemicals.
