We are building a platform for the packaging design community to collaborate seamlessly with brands. The role is to drive the revenue for client. The person will be responsible for driving revenue from various existing clients of from industries like FMCG, E-commerce, Consumer Durables, Food and Beverages etc. As the Manager, Business Development, you'll also hunt for opportunities within medium and large companies to pitch and execute packaging solutions offered by us.
Key responsibilities -
- Drive the revenue growth
- Build the pipeline for design revenue (existing clients as well as new clients)
- Engage with leads from various channels: Platform, offline marketing, strategic acquisitions, client growth team. Once the brief is received, drive the client acquisitions
- Collaborate with the design intelligence team for category specific insights to enable powerful pitching and seamless acquisition
- Continuously monitor profitability across the portfolio of design projects
- Identify new business opportunities
- Understanding internal operations, design capabilities, capabilities and targets. As the face of the team, help in building the brand of the company in the packaging design industry.
-You will have to closely work with our internal teams to intelligently identify where to gain leads, how to best utilize our database, how to effectively pitch our design solutions and how customer cycles work in this industry. The sales cycles are typically longer and may take anywhere from two weeks to over six months.
