- We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our team.
- The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a track record of exceeding targets.
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7-10 cold visits every day.
- Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.
Requirements :
Customer Engagement: Ability to engage and influence potential customers through effective communication.
Sales Skills: Ability to present and demonstrate products/services to B2B customers.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
Target-oriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse customer base.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: At least 2-4 years of field sales experience.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is optional.
Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
