Responsibilities:
- Involved in acquisition of new business.
- Visiting and developing existing business.
- Inspiring and motivating staff to increase sales.
- Involving in corporate sales and lease for high volume equipment's.
- Taking action to address under-performing sales area.
- Coaching, challenging and supporting employees.
- Involved in the setting of sales and financial targets.
- Oversee each business location and monitor and report on performance.
- Identifying and delivering all relevant / appropriate opportunities.
- Comprehending, interpreting and analyzing sales figures.
- Ensuring presentation and compliance in business are up to company standards.
- Arranging and chairing team meetings to discuss strategy.
- Build trust and confidence for the brand in the clients thus maintain long term productive relationship with clients
Requirements :
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree/diploma in any discipline
- Min 5 years of experience in Medical equipment sales, pharma sales
- Strong industry connects
- Good analytical skills and excellent client communication
- Good command over written and spoken English and good listening skills
- Positive attitude
