Urgent Hiring for Business Development Manager
1. Candidate will have to meet prospect B2B clients and pitch about the services.
2. Candidate needs to have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
4. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
5. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
6. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
7. Research and build relationships with new clients.
8. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principles.
9. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
10. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
11. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
12. Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
Shift Timing : 10.30 am to 8.00 pm
Working Days : 6 Days with Sunday's fixed off & alternate Saturday's (2nd & 4th) off
Multiple Job locations available : Gurgaon / Bangalore / Mumbai
