We are having an assignment with one of our client for Delhi or Mumbai Location as Business Development Manager.
Job Responsibility :
- Developing and executing a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets.
- Identifying and capturing strategic opportunities to drive sales and market share
- Accountability of Sales, rigorous approach and weekly review.
- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities
- Development of new clients & extend relations with existing clients
- Providing insights to management to improve process, increase sales traction and expanding customer base in new geographies
Requirement :
- 6-8 years in Market Research / Consulting / Solutions Business.
- Experience of identification of prospects, opening doors, understanding the requirement, submitting relevant proposal & closing deals
- Extensive client development & account management experience
- Proven business and negotiation skills
- Target driven, Go-getting attitude, and Business acumen
- Should be able to operate multiple locations.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Handling Consulting Engagements will be an added advantage
Skill sets :
- Lead generation / leverage social media & cold calling
- Ability to market and open new accounts
- Strong selling / marketing skills
- Strong knowledge of B2B Sales in service sector
- Ability to understand Corporates requirement for B2B research services
- Key Account expansion and Management capabilities
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
