Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Position is intended for individuals who are experienced in sales in Electronics Manufacturing industry. Individuals must be able to achieve sales objectives by generating and converting incremental sales opportunities of assigned or new accounts within assigned territory or assigned vertical. Primarily, manages sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance. When necessary, requests or receives assistance in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge as needed. The individual must demonstrate effective use of selling skills and have consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period of time.
Job responsibilities for this role are -
- Understand the various segment/verticals within the Electronics Materials Solutions portfolio
- Work with the Area and Global team to understand best practices across other countries to determine what sectors would of importance to India
- Opportunity Assessment and Sizing of key verticals within India e.g. 5G, Semiconductor, Consumer Electronics, Data Center, etc.
- Understand key verticals and identify prospect customers and partnerships.
- Identify working business model between key players in the value map of each vertical
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that exceeds growth expectation and expands customer base
- Facilitate awareness creation programs in collaboration with global & local ADE (Application Development Engineers) across the selected key verticals
- This resource also manages marketing operations / strategy for India - pricing strategy for 2023, pricing operations, marketing budget & execution, SFDC campaign & lead management, etc.
- MBA with Marketing would be preferable
- BA/BS/BE University degree - Electronics, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Science-related Degrees may be an advantage
- Candidate must have background of atleast 5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry.
- Must have worked previously in assigned vertical / key market segments and knows key consultants
