Sr Business Direct Sales Manager meeting Architects/Builders (Marble, Tiles, Stones). (Candidates from Building Material , Modular kitchens or Premium lightning can apply).
JD: Sr Business Development Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:-.
- Driving sales activities for Engineered Stone products.
Should be well versed with Specification process, Proposals, Negotiations, and sales closure.
- Must possess excellent relations with Consultants , Architects, Contractors, Developers & Interior Designers in the given territory .
- Building a pipeline of project opportunities and ensuring the successful conversion of specified projects into sales .
- Knowledge of standards, specifications, application procedures, market Intelligence ,strong background in project management & customer relations.
New Business Development meeting Architects/ Interior designers/ Contractors/ Builders and giving presentations to key people for specification / consideration of our products.
Manage team of BDE's.
Follow-up on payments as per the collection plan.
Providing after - sales service by attending product complaints if any and client retention.
Key Account Management.
Experience Required:.
4 - 10 Years in building material industry (Tile/Granite/Sanitary ware/ Ceramics/ Marbles /Bathroom fittings).
Candidates having experience in Direct Sales (B2C).
