Designation : Business development Manager (Luxury furniture)

Job Responsibilities :

- Meetings with Architect, Builder & Retail clients for business development & Coordination with clients tounderstand design intent and scope of work and guide a team of designers in producing designs as per client requirements.

- Meeting Architects, Developers, Interior designers and individual clients for getting new business for the company.

- Coordinating with Retail stores (Pan India) at regular interval to generate direct business.

- Brand Development (Working closely with PR agencies, website and social media Agencies)

- Coordinating and getting the layouts approved from the clients.

- Preparing BOQ.

- Coordinating the furniture supplies for every

- Coordinating the payments for every account

- Building professional associations among Architects & Designers, finding and generating qualified leads through referrals and cold calls

- Thinking strategically to set aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.

- Carrying out sales forecasts, analyzing and presenting findings to senior management
