Job Purpose :
Business Development and Profitability : To achieve the targeted loan book & NIM by selling CMG products in the assigned geography to HNI & Retail segments. The role requires business development through multi-sourcing channels; direct acquisition, national alliances, DSAs.
Client Lifecycle Management : Ensure loan account regularization on ongoing basis in terms of security value, interest payment as well repayment of loan and keep NPA under control. Understand client needs and offer multiple products.
Job Description :
To achieve the budgeted business volumes as well as Net Interest Margin (NIM) for self
To constantly focus on fee generating service offerings to meet the projected fee income
The product segment includes Loan against shares/MF Units to Brokers, HNIs, Retail clients; Loan against Insurance Policies, ESOP Financing, IPO financing and Special opportunity financing.
To map the target HNI clients in the state and drive relationships with them to have a healthy pipeline & regular disbursements
To develop DSAs & direct sales teams for faster customer connectivity
To increase the client base by effective lead generation management, cross selling initiatives & brand differentiation through faster TAT (there is dedicated KRA with 10% weightage on Power of one)
To stay abreast of the client requirements and monitor the relationship from initiation to closure
To ensure that client promises are kept and their grievances are adequately addressed or highlighted
To resolve issues related to client servicing in case of contingencies
To keep abreast of the latest trends & competition, identify new customer satisfaction parameters & report to the management
Requirements :
Candidates with 2 - 8 years experience of HNI & Ultra HNI acquisition
Candidates from LAS background/Wealth/Mutual fund/sme kind of background
Salary Offered: 8 - 12 LPA
