Manager - Business Development - Leasing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets and achieving business penetration within the assigned market / geography.
- Conduct high level industry research in the allocated market to develop effective business development strategies
- Develop enterprise specific sales strategies to achieve lease penetration
- Identifying the key personnel within the customer organisation and developing strong relationships for understanding decision making processes.
- Constant engagement with enterprise customers in the allocated market for building strong sales funnel.
- Think strategically and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction and business penetration.
- Act as a Voice of the Customer by providing constant feedback for market insights, process improvements and product innovation.
- Communication and collaborating with internal teams for providing proactive solutions and ensuring that customers needs are always met.
- Compile data, conduct statistical and analytical studies and suggest improvement for enhancing customer experience and process changes.
