We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our KPO services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the KPO industry, with strong connections and the ability to understand and cater to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the business footprint.
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to position our services effectively.
Sales and Negotiations:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable contracts.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecasts for senior management.
Networking and Representation:
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market developments and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration - Marketing or in International Business.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the KPO industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of KPO services and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
