About the Role:
- We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
Team Management:
- Mentor and coach the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or New Client Acquisition.
- Proven track record in IT Staffing and C2H hiring.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a WFO (Work From Office) environment
