Business Development Manager-IT Staff Augmentation-USA
- Looking for BDM US Staffing for one of our top clients in Hyd.
- H1B or B1 will be filed by the company and US travel is required.
Job Summary:
- Handle revenue streams from new client acquisition for IT staffing services from USA
- Grow the business of IT Staffing in scale and scope with key client acquisitions
- Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients)
- Responsible to drive signups with prospective clients in the chosen focus industry segments
- Work with Delivery/Recruitment teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently
- Uphold the brand of Tachyon in the market and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
- Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development
- Specific experience in IT or IT Staffing industry business development role involving hunting and farming of clients
- Excellent English Communication skills written and oral
- Knowledge about the current market trends especially IT industry related to staffing services
- Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)
- Direct Account management skills and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must
- Motivated self-starter, proactive, able to meet unexpected challenges, and can work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Willing to travel
