The client is a leading provider of business solutions and technology services in Middle East.
The role will be an individual contributor reporting into CEO, and will operate remotely from India and travel to HQ as and when needed.
The Role:
- The position holder supports the business development function and helps develop and generate new business lines through market research, concept development, and partnerships and alliances.
- The objective is to successfully add new, profitable lines of business (LOBs) in the area of information technology solutions.
- Analyze market needs, technology trends, and new businesses opportunities, creating executive briefs and concept proposals, finding the right products/services/vendors/partners to fulfill those needs, developing relationships and agreements with those parties, developing feasibility studies for the proposed LOBs, and developing marketing strategies for the new products/services.
- Developing sales strategies and go to market (GTM) initiatives, knowledge transfer to the Sales team to enable them to effectively sell the new services and close support in the early stage of selling.
The Person:
- Must have significant experience in building business cases in the IT Industry and doing end-to-end LOB addition in the manner described above.
- Should be exposed to primary and secondary research.
- Candidates from strong consulting background will be highly desirable.
