Business Development Manager ( IT Services Company)
Position Summary :
- The primary role of Business Development Manager is to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and potential clients.
- Where needed, conduct market research to understand and explore new business opportunities for IT Services / Solutions
Key Responsibilities:1. Assessing company objectives and current sales trends to recognize new business opportunities and growth potential.
2. Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities.
3. Leverage one's strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with key personnel to build and maintain client relationships - account mapping.
4. Partner with Pre-sales, Delivery teams to build winning proposals to win the deals.
5. To drive sales independently & build a strong pipeline
6. To ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Education Qualification & Work Experience :1. MBA with min 3 years' experience in selling Value Based Solutions, Enterprise Software Products / Solutions / Services Sales.
2. Passion for sales, customer handling and target oriented
3. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
4. Open to travel for client meetings, key stakeholder engagement, industry meets etc
5.Excellent Communication Skills.
