Responsibilities:


- We are looking for a driven IT Services Business Development Manager to join our team.. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the overall business objectives. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector to acquire new clients. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets.


- Proposal Development: Develop compelling and compliant proposals that address specific needs and requirements.


- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.


- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to ensure cohesive strategies. Technical Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.


- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, analyzing data for improvement opportunities. Adaptability: Adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions and company priorities.


Requirements:.


- 8+ years of proven experience in IT services sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships


- Knowledge of the IT industry, including market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Leadership or management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead a sales team and drive results.
