Role Summary :

- Your role as Growth Manager will require you to drives our acquisition funnel in digital marketing solutions.

We are seeking a well-networked growth manager to help keep our revenue engine leveraging his/ her ecosystem.

Our ideal growth person has in-depth knowledge of and experience with partnerships, excelling at lead generation, lead nurturing, relationship building, and closing deals.

- We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

What we expects from you ?

1. Maintain relationship with the Clients to grow business

2. Must have experience in B2B SAAS Products/IT products sales.

3. Grow the capability by inducting, and orienting team to offer co's services to various sectors.

4. Responsible for P&L and grow the company to run as a profitable.

5. Developing, generating and growing new digital marketing business by creating innovative online marketing, sales plans and exhibiting expertise in digital marketing solutions.

6. Strong understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing, Corporate Films, Advertising, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media pages, online reputation management, and more.

7. Entrepreneurial mind-set with high energy and strong motivation to sell.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasts.

9. Excellent sale and closing skills with strong business development skills for generating prospects for new clients.

10. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; demonstrated time management skills.

11. Need to be proactive self-starting individual with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously without direct supervision.

12. Proven track record of success driving revenue (e.g., ability to capture and close the deal), fierce work ethic, excellent communication skills and understanding of digital marketing, mobile and SEO advertising solutions.

13. Create effective and persuasive proposals.

What we need in you ?

- Looking for street smart professionals to join our time who have proven experience in B2B SAAS Product sales/IT product sales.

- Master's or equivalent degree in Sales & Marketing or business administration

- 5+ years experience in Sales profile, preferably from digital marketing agency background
