Role Title: Business Development Manager - (IC Role)

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Candidates Pref. from Microsoft products or Oracle / SAP any software sales hands on with Strategic Account Management - Hunting & Farming Both.

May have 1-2 Team Members in future but largely into Core IC Role.

Job Profile :

- Develop a business plan and sales strategy that executes against a high-revenue growth imperative and increased profitability.

- Interacting with IT Directors, CIOs to understand their strategic initiatives in IT Infrastructure of the Organizations.

- Accountable for Managing product portfolio spanning across - Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Red Hat, Fortinet, HP, Check point, Sonic wall, Symantec, Adobe, McAfee, Dell, IBM Cisco, etc.

- Prospecting the Leads, understanding the requirements of their Organization and helping them buy solutions.

- Establish and Maintaining effective relationships with Customers, Principal and Distributors

- Managing Existing Customers/Accounts with new offerings in space of Security, Storage and technology solutions ( up-sell cross-sell )

- Preparing the Commercials, Quotation, negotiating with the parties involved leading to effective closures of deals

- Using the CRM tool to forecast new Business requirement, analyzing the buying behavior and using the same to increase sales.

Education / Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree, Masters is a plus

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- A demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated B2B relationships

- A demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and business units to achieve success

- A willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
