HUNTERS & FIELD SALES
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in doing outbound sales for IT companies of 200 - 5000 people.
- Lead generation through outbound process.
- Responsible for acquiring new accounts and mapping Indian Market.
- Responsible for preparing the proposals for the sales and preparing in RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
- Respond to queries raised by prospective Clients (mandatory).
- Coordinating with other departments to get valuable inputs in order to achieve maximum quality.
- Establishing smooth relations with corporate clients, business associates.
- Identifying and developing potential business partners and growing existing client relationships.
- Actively seek and conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Draft and implement business development tactics tailored to the Indian market.
- Plans and coordinates client sales activities.
Essential Experience and Exposure:
- You have a successful track record of delivering sales in line with budgets within a Senior Sales role.
- Your Sales track record is achieved within the Information Technology services sector.
- You have an in depth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery.
- You have excellent relationship account management skills.
- You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Sales and Business Development in IT solution/ Services Space.
- MUST have exp in Indian Market. Not looking at International sales exp.
- Familiarity with sales process automation tools.
- Prospect/ Customer/ Market need Analysis.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
