- While we have a good presence in Southern States, we wish to build a presence in the Western and Northern Regions for providing solutions to customers. One Business development manager to be based in Delhi and the other based in Mumbai / Pune.

- The Business Development Managers we are looking at are people who will project solutions that we at - can provide, understand Customer requirements and transmit the same to our Product and Solutions Team who will work on the solutions required and work on demos and pilots.

- They will also work on RFPs and RFIs along with the Product and Solutions Team.

- Candidates preferred are Engineering graduates with 7 to 10 years' experience in sales and business development. Compensation including performance related pay. Candidates need to be agile and ready to travel across to various locations and do consultative selling.
