Business Development Manager- IT
- We are looking for a responsible Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5+ years of experience.
- Good Communication (Verbal & Written - English).
- To support the increase in sales revenue through engaging clients/ prospects within defined sectors.
- Manage call contacts / CRM database to support strategic Business Development planning.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Looking for new clients
- Identification of the client needs
- Negotiating projects with potential clients
- Talking with clients by phone, email, social network and meetings face by face
- Direct sales exposure to decision-makers.
- Identify project sales opportunities and use market intelligence to pre-empt competition in target accounts
- Good client management skills
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Generating IT software Business for Company.
- Interacting with Clients via Calls and Mails
- Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research
- New client acquisition and help them understand the various services provided by the company.
- Assessing client requirements and then creating a proposal for the same.
- Creating the database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding the requirement and proposing with right solution and proposal.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
- Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal'
