1. Arriving and implementing strategies to increase market share, profit, customer satisfaction, and team motivation.
2. Responsible for creation, and execution of sales plan and revenue target in alignment with business objectives.
3. Maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate additional revenue for the organization
4. Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry to map potential customers and generate leads / new opportunities.
5. Work in coordination with the Pricing / Presales team to provide the best possible quote to clients and secure good margins for the company too.
6. Ability to understand customer needs and identify market challenges and risks.
7. Strong concept selling experience preferably Software Services or Staff Augmentation.
8. Strong comprehending ability to convert loosely held conversations into business deals
- Identifying new business development opportunities in the US, UK, European, or Domestic geography
- Self-driven with the ability to onboard large accounts quickly
Personal attributes/skills required:
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, or a similar qualification.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant IT services sales experience with demonstrated ability to grow business opportunities, specifically in the area of IT Staff Augmentation, or Offshore Development.
- Experience in US OR EMEA market.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to lead the Client through the entire sales cycle
- Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Excellent client/customer relationship management skills at the executive level
- Established contacts and relationships with key clients
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Educational background: Graduate or Postgraduate
Experience: Minimum 4 years+
