Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Qualify New Customers:
- Target and qualify potential customers within the B2B, IT, and Software industry.
- Conduct lead generation campaigns, follow-up activities, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
- Segment Analysis and Decision Maker Identification:
- Identify the key decision makers within the target segments to ensure effective engagement.
CRM Management:
- Document all relevant customer information and interactions into the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
Lead Generation:
- Generate qualified leads based on predefined criteria for each account, ensuring high-quality prospects for further engagement.
Presentation and Proposal Creation:
- Present company offerings to the target audience through virtual and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop commercial proposals and scope of work for each opportunity, highlighting the value proposition effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to nurture relationships and address any concerns or queries promptly.
Price Negotiation and Closure:
- Engage in price negotiation discussions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Drive closures by effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
Target Achievement:
- Meet assigned targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, demonstrating consistent performance and results.
Utilization of Marketing Tools:
- Utilize email marketing tools, LinkedIn's Sales Navigator, and other online resources effectively to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
Communication and Reporting:
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, with a focus on B2B sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing agency sales.
- Strong understanding of the IT and Software industry landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in utilizing email marketing tools, LinkedIn's Sales Navigator, and other online resources.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
