We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our business development team with previous experience in software solution sales and/or business development. As a Business Development Manager within our sales team, your main role will be to identify, win and retain clients in India with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our software
- Generate Leads, Conduct prospecting and lead follow up from tele sales led activities
- Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations
- Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to queries
- Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective account management
Skills and experience :
- Minimum 2 years in sales/business development experience in the technology industry
- Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise level software
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud is an added advantage
- Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Prepared to travel (mandatory)
